Hi,

I'm Maxim. 

And I'm curious about science, business and people. 

At 25, I started a university institute and soon after was appointed Vice President of the university. After five rewarding years, I transitioned from academia to business.

At 30, I founded my company and spent 14 years as CEO, managing all stages — from startup to corporate, including a successful listing on NASDAQ in New York.

At 44, I joined Axel Springer SE, Europe's leading media company, becoming Member of the Executive Committee. As CEO I was responsible for Springer's core marketplace company Idealo.
